Ingredients:
1 cup milk-chilled
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup almonds
a pinch of cardamom powder
1 cup ice - crushed
Method: Place the almonds in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Leave for an hour.
Chop half the almonds fine and place the other half in a blender.
Place the milk, condensed milk, cardamom powder and ice in the blender too.
Blend till well mixed and serve garnished with the chopped almonds.
